Speedy Creek Winery has a Type 17/20 license from the California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control. This type of license defines the business as a retailer or virtual winery and does not confer the same rights as a Type 02 Winegrowers license. We do not have a Federal Basic Permit as a winery and are more limited on where we can ship wine in interstate commerce. At present we can ship to the following states although some additional restrictions may apply. These include AK, CA, DC. ID, LA, MO, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OR, TX, VA, WV, and WY. We do have additional shipping options for other states based on sales through third parties and need to review these situations on a case-by-case basis. If you live in another state not listed above, please email us and we will look into other possible options regarding your request. |
